Hi, I’m Nick!

I’m the Founder of GreenField Land Buyers.

I’m a 5th generation Texan with deep roots here. My family landed in Port Lavaca on a ship from Germany and my great-great-grandfather was a Texas Ranger. I started this company with the idea of bringing the values my family instilled in me to the land buying business. Honesty, fairness, hard work, and putting people over profits were my inspiration.

GreenField Land Buyers is based in Houston and we buy land in all parts of TX and beyond. We have been buying land since 2015 and have learned a lot along the way. We look forward to using that knowledge to help you.

We are interested in all types of land; urban lots and parcels, rural, suburban and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.
